Michelle Andrews, MD was voted as this year’s recipient of the Outpatient Family Medicine Teacher Award from the University of Cincinnati’s Department of Family Medicine.

Recipients of the award are selected by the resident class from all the outpatient teachers which work in the University of Cincinnati’s Department of Family Medicine program. For the past two years, Dr. Andrews has instructed over twenty-five Family Practice Residents in the areas of orthopaedic diagnosis, evaluation and treatment.

“I enjoy teaching the family practice residents,” Dr. Andrews remarked. “They have a lot of enthusiasm, a positive attitude toward learning and they are very appreciative when someone gives them their precious time to learn. They are a wonderful group of people I’ve been able to interact with.”
