Christie received her Bachelor degree in Athletic Training and Sports Management with a concentration in Wellness from Wilmington College in 2003. Christie is a NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Christie is licensed in Kentucky and Ohio. In 2007, she earned an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from the University of Cincinnati. Christie is licensed in Kentucky and Ohio.
Christie is involved with Sportsmetrics training at local high schools. She also presents and assists at Sportsmetrics certification courses. Christie speaks at coaches’ clinics to educate coaches on various topics including initial treatment of injuries and awareness of other medical conditions.
Christie worked for Healthsouth Sports Medicine for one year then joined Cincinnati SportsMedicine in 2004.
Christie moved to Cincinnati from a small town in Northwest Ohio. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and water sports. She also likes to follow NASCAR racing.
